Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based contract. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, IT solutions, manufacturing, defense contracting, or industrial components. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as defense, manufacturing, IT, and public contracting.
- Sell BAM Innovations' full range of solutions, including custom components, contract manufacturing, IT, power, and networking solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their operations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, government contracts, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial components, IT infrastructure, power solutions, networking, or defense contracting.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
- Experience with government contracts, defense procurement, IT sales, or supply chain solutions is a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earnings potential. The more you sell, the more you earn!
